About Tim Berlin
Tim Berlin CircleAfter a 20-year career in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry, the majority of that time spent at TNT/USF Red Star, Tim founded One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics in 1996 with only three employees, one customer and a $120,000 purchase order. Though he is a New York City native, since relocating to Erie, PA, Tim has invested heavily in the community's economic development. In 2003, he renovated the 80-year-old former train station and made it the company's global headquarters, and he actively participates in a number of civic initiatives. In addition to many company awards, Tim has been honored as a Most Admired CEO by the Manufacturer and Business Association (MBA), and Ernst & Young (EY) recognized Tim as Western Pennsylvania's "Entrepreneur of the Year" in 2004. In 2005 he was named to the lifelong EY Entrepreneur of the Year World Hall of Fame. In addition to his company and community activities, Tim is also a member of the Business Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland.

As we celebrate our 20th year of operations, here are some company milestones along the way:
One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics-Logo-with-20-Years BolderLine1996- One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics CEO Tim Berlin was given a one-year, three-person purchase order to manage domestic inbound logistics for One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics Transportation Systems in Erie, Pa.
1997- One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics asked Tim and his staff of five to assist with their newly developed Mexico supplier shipments.
Tim Berlin Circle1998- One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics places some of the EOne Stop Auto Storage & Logistics 15 team members in their sourcing offices in the Czech Republic, Poland and Russia.
1999- One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics expands to India, China and Indonesia and begins offering services to other customers and other industries.
2003- Through sustained, organic growth the company reaches 100 employees with offices in twelve countries and over 200 customers. The company also acquires the historic Union Station building in downtown Erie, Pa. which was formerly the global headquarters before transferred to current location.
2004- Tim Berlin named a Ernst & Young Regional Entrepreneur of the Year.
2011- One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics acquires Horizon Logistics adding additional talent and customers to the company, with locations in Irving, TX, Lexington, NC, and San Francisco, CA.
2014- One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics acquires the old Skinner Engine building in downtown Erie, Pa. creating additional warehousing capacity for customers in the region.
2015-In January, named 2014 Employer of the Year by the DevelopErie regional economic agency; in April, named a Top 50 freight brokerage firm by Transport Topics magazine; and in July, named a 2015 Great Supply Chain Partner by SupplyChainBrain magazine.
2016-In June, named to the SDCE 100 Top Supply Chain Projects list by Supply & Demand Chain Executive magazine. In July, the company celebrates its 20th anniversary. Today we have 40 offices in 20 countries, over 400 employees, $135M+ in annual revenue, and over 2,000 very satisfied customers across many industries. In December, acquires DoorLogistics service of Virginia Beach, Virginia-based SynchroNet Inter-modal Services, Inc. The purchase, which includes RateNow web-based optimization software, provides One Stop Auto Storage & Logistics and its customers with enhanced inter-modal container visibility, more competitive pricing, and new operational support capabilities.
